IT'S MONDAY!!!!! This week's feature is Mike Smith, reppin' Baltimore, Maryland to the fullest! He is the dedicated father of three children, Li, Mya & MJ. Mike is an Analyst & Personal Trainer. Nominated by his wife, , she states: “My husband Mike is a great father because he has always put God and his family first — not just in words, but in how he lives every single day. He walks with integrity in everything he does, and that’s something our children get to witness in real time. Whether he’s working hard to provide, training others to be their best, or simply spending quality time with us, he shows up fully and intentionally.
Mike has a heart to help everyone — he gives his time, his energy, and his wisdom without hesitation. But what I admire most is how he leads our family with patience, love, and discipline. He teaches our kids the value of respect, hard work, and faith by example. He doesn’t just talk about being a good man — he lives it.
Even on the tough days, he never folds. He remains steady, focused, and grounded in his purpose. He makes sure our home is filled with love, structure, and peace. Our children know they are protected, supported, and deeply loved because of the father he chooses to be every day.
