Here is 1 way that my business retains customers and stands out from competitors! READ BELOW ⬇️ 🔑

1. Keeping a record book of every style me and my clients do!
I never ask my clients, “what did we do last time?” It’s not their job to remember, it’s yours 🫵🏽. Instead I ask, “did you like the curl, length, and style we did last time? Is there anything you want to change or adjust?”
This makes them feel comfortable with addressing anything they want to tweak. It also makes them feel seen and heard, and ultimately, keeps them coming back for more!
