Okay… I owe somebody an apology because I was definitely one of the people who needed convincing about the Upside app. Upside

I finally downloaded it hesitantly because I kept seeing people talk about getting cash back on purchases I’m already making anyway.

And now?
I’m annoyed I didn’t join sooner. 😂

I’ve only earned $0.97 so far, and I’m STILL hooked because my other everyday purchases are processing.

That’s the part that got me.
I’m not buying anything extra. I’m just checking the app before purchases I was already going to make.

Gas? Check.
Food? Check.
Everyday purchases? Check.

So at this point, I’m looking at my phone like… “How much money have I casually left on the table all this time?”
If you’re anything like me and skeptical about these kinds of apps, I get it.
But if you’re already spending the money anyway, you might as well see if you can get some of it back.

I make candy… NOT nails.

When your daughter thinks making custom treats means you’re automatically HER nail tech. But apparently my daughter heard “I’m creative” and translated that into:
“Great! So you’re my nail tech now.”
And because I apparently have no boundaries when it comes to my baby… I DID THEM. 😂

Notebook paper + pencil design and everything because if I’m going to be forced into a new profession, I’m at least getting an A+.
And I have to give credit where credit is due Kiss Nails made my “I did NOT sign up for this job” assignment a whole lot easier.
Kiss NY Pro understood the assignment.
Clearly, so did I.
Moms… what random skill has your child decided you HAVE simply because you’re their mother?

How CLOSE do you have to watch your candy mix once it passes 250°?! 😩😂

Because at 250°, this mix enters WITNESS PROTECTION.
You can’t blink.
You can’t answer a text.
You can’t walk away “for just a second.”
You better not even THINK about checking Instagram.
Because the second you do… your beautiful candy mix will be like, “You’ll never catch me alive!”
Treat makers, PLEASE tell me I’m not the only one!
What’s the worst thing your candy mix has done to you at the finish line?!
