At Intown Thrift, we care deeply about the health and well-being of our team members and our customers. People always come first and everything we do is in the service of our team members and our customers. Like many of you, we are closely monitoring the impact of Coronavirus/COVID-19 and are committed to keeping you and our team members safe.
We want to personally share the steps we are taking to maintain a healthy environment for you and our team members.
We take pride in the cleanliness of our stores and in addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we have implemented a new cleaning protocol which includes regularly sanitizing our countertops and restroom throughout the entire day.
We also will be offering hand sanitizer at the front register area for our customers to use as they enter and before they leave
We are also committed to ensuring our team members are well informed about the necessary precautions to keep our community healthy, including more frequent hand washing and staying home if they are not feeling well.
As the situation evolves, we may implement additional preventative measures to ensure customer and team member wellbeing. These measures could impact staffing or service offerings, but we will continue to do everything we can to provide you the Intown Thrift experience you love.
You and our team members are at the center of our purpose, and this guides every conversation we have, and every decision we make. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we all navigate this rapidly evolving situation.
