I stopped by to visit my friend, Chef Shai, at Third Space ATL and somehow ended up helping butcher a sheep.
Moments like this are why I love the restaurant industry. It’s more than serving great food—it’s about craftsmanship, continuous learning, and the relationships built along the way. There’s a deep respect that comes from working with an ingredient from the very beginning and understanding the care that goes into every cut.
Grateful for friends like Chef Shai who are always willing to share their knowledge and passion for the craft. Days like this remind me why I fell in love with food in the first place.
