J & B Tractor is looking for an experienced mechanics to join our Augusta and Waynesboro location!

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What we're looking for:

Experience working on tractors, construction equipment, ag equipment, or other heavy equipment.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrains.
Ability to read and understand service manuals and schematics.
Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
