If it didn’t, here’s the short version:
The Northern and Southern Hemispheres harvest olive oil at opposite times of the year.

We source from both because fresh olive oil matters.
Which means we’re currently counting down the days until the next Southern Hemisphere harvest arrives like normal people count down to vacations.

We’re aware this is a niche personality trait. 🫒😂

Meet Bob(Tabatha’s dog). 🐶

After a thorough review of this week’s workload, our Director of Patio Operations has determined that all remaining meetings should be moved outside and all non-essential tasks postponed until Monday. 🤭
His compensation package includes patio privileges, unlimited belly rubs, and all the olive oil treats.
His reasoning? Productivity is temporary, but a sunny afternoon nap is forever.
