PLEASE READ — ORDER & PRODUCTION UPDATE

Apparently, not everyone saw my previous post, so I’m going to address this again.

Our area was hit by severe, damaging storms that caused widespread flooding, damage, power outages, and major disruptions throughout Indiana. Kingpin Lithium was directly affected. We lost power for multiple days, and that put production behind.

This was not something I scheduled. It was not something I could prevent. And unfortunately, I cannot magically make up several lost production days overnight.

I understand that everyone wants their battery. I want your battery finished and shipped just as badly as you do. I don’t get paid to sit around looking at unfinished orders. But these are CUSTOM-BUILT batteries—not something sitting on a warehouse shelf waiting for somebody to slap a shipping label on it.

So I need to make something very clear:

A storm-related delay of approximately a week is NOT grounds for me to cancel a custom order and issue a refund simply because someone doesn’t want to wait.

If your estimated turnaround was two weeks and circumstances completely beyond our control push that closer to three weeks, your order is still being built and you WILL receive the battery you ordered.

I’m a one-man operation building custom batteries one at a time. When I lose several working days, every order moves back several working days. There is physically no other way around it.

I appreciate the customers who saw what happened, understood the situation, and have been patient. Thank you. Seriously.

For everyone else: please understand that repeatedly messaging me demanding refunds or asking every day when your battery will ship does not make production move any faster. It actually takes time away from getting these orders completed.

Your orders are being built. Your batteries are coming. I am working through the backlog as quickly as humanly possible.

Thank you to everyone who understands that sometimes Mother Nature doesn’t give a damn about anybody’s production schedule.
