Throwback Thursday! Well it’s not that much of a throwback but still counts. While we were in New York 🗽for the Summer Fancy Food Show we had the honor of visiting Valrhona North America school in Brooklyn. To no one’s surprise they were AMAZING hosts!✨ The New Orleans style themed party was a delicious touch! From the drinks 🍹 to the food 🍤 and of course the chocolate 🍫 everything was top notch. Seeing the live demos in person was another added treat. And the chocolate sculpture at the end, are you kidding?! Thank you again for such an incredible evening!
