Tapas, taps, and a vibe worth experiencing in downtown Bakersfield. ✨
Taps & Tapas by Chef Lino hit the scene on 18th Street in July 2026. Chef Lino, a staple of the Bakersfield culinary community, teamed up with business partner Frances Cueto to launch this Spanish-inspired brewery and eatery concept. 🙌
Think shareable small bites like oxtail tacos, crispy pork belly squares, croquettes, watermelon feta bites, diablo shrimp tostadas, and custom charcuterie boards. Plus 25 beer taps, crafted cocktails, and seltzers to wash it all down. 🍺🦐
The space matches the menu. Exposed brick walls, velvet bar, leather banquettes, black suede stools, an intimate live performance stage, TVs and a projection screen for game days, a private banquet room, and outdoor street seating. 🖤
