📣 A COUPLE OF IMPORTANT UPDATES!

Hey everyone! We wanted to share a couple of updates based on feedback and requests we’ve been getting from our customers.

1. NEW “Single Image Uploader” OPTION COMING SOON!

We’ve heard from quite a few customers who want to place orders from their phones but have trouble navigating the gangsheet builder on a mobile device.

We’re working on implementing a Single Image Upload option to make the process much easier!

With this option, you’ll be able to:

• Upload your image (as many as you want for the order, you're not limited to a single image)
• Select the size
• Enter the quantity
• Place your order

No more fighting with the gangsheet builder on your phone! 🙌

2. NEED HELP BUILDING YOUR GANGSHEET?

This is also a reminder that we are absolutely happy to help build your gangsheet for you! However, please understand that if we are building it for you, it will generally be done in the evening after we have finished processing and printing our regular orders.

If you need us to build your gangsheet, please email us with:

📩 Your ready to print images (we can help clean up and fix images, but we will have to charge for it).
📏 The size of each image
🔢 The quantity of each image

We’ll build the gangsheet for you and send an invoice through Shopify to the email address associated with your account.

When paying the invoice, it will look just like you are checking out on our page and you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping or local pickup option.

Because this requires additional time on our end to manually build your gangsheet, the price for this service will be $2.50 per square foot rather than our standard $2.00 per square foot rate.

We will actively work with you to help you understand how to build your own so that you can ultimately do it yourself and save yourself some money.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding! ❤️

Our goal is to make ordering as easy as possible while also keeping our normal production orders moving efficiently.

Well it looks like local pickup in Winston will only be during hours we are at the shop. First weekend offering local pickup and someone stole our local pick up tote. We’ll get the pickup sorted but for now it will be during our business hours from around 9am till 530pm. As we get it more fleshed out we’ll update everyone.

🎉 WE ARE OFFICIALLY BACK TO NORMAL! 🎉

After a LONG few days of moving to an Airbnb and then moving into our new house, unloading, setting everything up, and dealing with a little… “Louis thought the ink bracket was secured” incident 😂🤦‍♂️ — we can finally say the new Winston-Salem warehouse is fully up and running!

We’ve actually been up and printing since Tuesday, but we’ve been operating with a slightly slower turnaround time while we finished getting everything dialed in, organized, and back to where we needed to be.

As of today, we’re back to our normal turnaround times! 🙌🔥

Our DTF machine’s good to go, everything is powered on, tested, calibrated, and ready to roll.

The move definitely didn’t go exactly according to plan. Between a forklift deciding to take a day off and an ink system taking an unexpected trip off the top of the printer, we had a few moments where we questioned our life choices. 😂

BUT… we made it. The machines survived. Louis survived. Aya survived. The parking lot may never be the same. 😆

Most importantly, Lola Lily’s is fully operational in Winston-Salem and ready for your orders! ❤️

Hello everyone! 👋 Checking in from North Carolina!

We made it here in one piece… mostly. 😂

The good news: the machines are officially in the warehouse! 🎉

The bad news: we had a slight incident while unloading the printer. Louis thought the ink container bracket was fully secured, but apparently it had other plans. As we were taking it off the trailer, the entire thing decided to fall off the top of the printer, ripping out the ribbon cables and pulling a bunch of the ink tubes with it.

It made an absolute mess of the parking lot… and an even bigger mess of Louis’ face. 😂

But he’s still alive, so I guess that means the ink must not be too toxic. 🤣

We also had an issue with the forklift we rented not wanting to start, which ended up costing us an entire day while we waited for someone to come out and get it fixed. Because apparently moving a business halfway across the country wasn’t supposed to be easy. 😂

Despite all the chaos, delays, and a whole lot of stress, we made it! ❤️

Now comes the fun part: getting everything set back up and getting Lola Lily’s back up and running here in North Carolina! 🩷🩵

We are trying to get the machine fixed up and running ASAP so orders can ship out Wed at the latest. Louis will be working with tech support to make sure everything is working and in one piece.

More updates (and hopefully fewer disasters) coming soon! 😂

Last day of printing before the move will be Thursday, September 10, with a cutoff of 7pm. Anything ordered by 3:00 PM cutoff will be ready for pick up and shipped out Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm will have to wait until we're in NC and printing (which should be the following Monday).

We ask that all local orders be picked up by Friday morning. If you’re unable to do so, please pick shipping and we will ship your order to you. We do not want to leave product on the front porch as we drive towards NC.

We plan to resume printing on Monday, September 14. After the 14th for about a week or so, we will be extending cut off time to 5pm and orders will get shipped out the next morning.

We’ve been using a new DTF film for the past couple of months, and now that we’ve had some time to really put it through its paces, we want to hear from YOU! 👀 we found this film and absolutely loved it so we switched to it.

Printing Hours week of this week (8/24 - 8/28)

Monday - Thur Printing hours are the same (orders by 2pm will be printed and shipped same day or ready for pickup same day)

Friday - Saturday we are not printing. Anything ordered after 2pm Thur through 2pm Monday will be printed Monday 8/31.

Quick update on printing times this week. Friday 8/21 we will printing anything ordered up through 12pm same day that day. Anything ordered between 12:01 Friday and 12:00pm Saturday (8/22) will be printed Saturday. Thank you.

🔥 THIS is what 5 hours of printing looks like at Lola Lily’s. 🔥

And this isn’t even everything that came off the printer today. 😳

We ran this machine for 5 HOURS STRAIGHT today — on a SUNDAY. And because our printer is ridiculously fast, that means we pushed a ridiculous amount of DTF prints through it in just those 5 hours. 😂🔥

Why are we running production on Sunday?

Because we’re making damn sure the love our customers are showing us gets reciprocated by maintaining our blazing fast turn around time.

This is what happens behind the scenes when you order from a small business that takes turnaround seriously. 💪
