Our gallery team (and featured artist) are attending the Harvest Gala for Feed the Need Missions today, so we will have abbreviated hours.

Join us from 10-2 today for a live painting sesh with Rebecca Bishop (Rebecca Bishop ), new art, inspiration, and fun! Come support a local artist and a local business in historic downtown Bastrop.

Last night Found Fine Art hosted Alive After Five with the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce.
Alive After Five is how people get introduced to businesses in Bastrop they might never have walked into, and how they meet people they might never have met. Last night, that included us. The night went really well. New faces in the gallery. Good conversation. And it was wonderful to spend that time with our foundry family and our gallery family too.

Pyrology and Found Fine Art work together. Same company. Found Fine Art is how the public has access to our foundry and can see the process of making fine art bronze. We show artists from Texas and from other states, and we show local artists as well. A foundry that has been part of Bastrop for a long time, and a gallery that lets you walk right up to the work.
It’s a dream to work with a company that treats you like family.

That’s what last night felt like.

How cute are these cookies?! We had a Bastrop Chamber Of Commerce event at the gallery tonight (more photos later) for which we asked Sarah Elizabeth Klaus to make these super adorable edible versions of some of our favorite art pieces!

They were almost too pretty to eat. But we did. And they were delicious! 😋

Thank you, Sarah! We will def do this again! 👏👏👏

Welcome to part 12 of our series Look What We Found. Today we’re spotlighting CAFF Coffee + Kitchen in historic downtown Bastrop. This is one of the coffee shops our artist keep going back to. Great service. Fun atmosphere. And the coffee is doing what coffee is supposed to do.

I tried the holy cow. Cold brew, a short shot of espresso, topped with a house organic brown sugar, sweet cream. Holy cow was it good.

Caff is right next-door to Casa Pan and owned by the same owners. Grab a holy cow at calf and more and wander on over to Found Fine Art before or after you see something beautiful with us.
