I’ve been away on an adventure for two weeks. We went to a farmers market in and as we were walking away empty handed, I said “That farmers market was nothing but vegetables! Don’t these people know farmers markets are where cookies come from?” A van was parked at the curb a few feet down the street. As we approached, I woman stuck her head out and said, “Hey! You guys want some cobbler?” It felt like a stranger-danger trap, but what a way to go. That’s how we met Chrissy (passenger) and Babette. Highly recommended buying cobbler from strangers in a van.

A few days later, while driving across Oregon, we stopped at . A man tying his shoes behind his vehicle greeted us and then a conversation evolved. We talked about the energy we give off, the energy of California and Oregon, and the energy of the places we came from. Fatima is from Afghanistan. Russia invaded in 1979 and Fatima fled to Iran. After several more moves to different countries, she finally settled in Flushing, Queens. She has never been back to Afghanistan. Now she lives in Sacramento with her husband, Tor. Tor told us he is not from a place on the earth. He originated in the Cosmos, just like everything and everyone else on this planet.

Ketchup post. Busy day Sunday recovering from my nephew’s 21st birthday and also having a 💩ton of pottery to trim/deface during open studio hours. Monday: I celebrated the power of the working class. And today it was back to the office. Sunday: I wore black.moth.tattoo tee with a skirt from the Walmarts and my vans

Monday: old LucyJaynes Apparel Co. tee with Sam’s Club shorts.

Tuesday: My Sediments Exactly tee and vintage button-front skirt, both from Goodwill Arkansas with a Marc Tetro bag from NYC and PALLADIUM 🌎🥾 stompers.

Saturday is for pottery. And sometimes for 21st birthdays. I wore the same tee I wore on Friday with some old leggings and Chaco Then I came home for a reset and changed into a birthday-forward tee I bought at Goodwill Arkansas with some swim coverup pants and my yella PUMA sneaks.

My newborn nephew Ollie Ames turned 21 yesterday and celebrated at the bowling alley. 🎂🥳

Two consecutive days of antics with girls being girls being girls being girls. I had to dress strategically today because I needed to go inside the post office and also go inside a place to be mostly topless.

I wore an oversized graphic tee (a cat knocking over a glass of yellow liquid above the phrase “I do what I want”) over an Old Navy strappy sundress, both from Goodwill Arkansas

On Thursdays I don’t like to get up early in the morning but I have to so I do it real slow. Got my work done and dusted early and had the afternoon off for tomfoolery. I wore one of my favorite dresses, a Universal Thread sundress that I bought from Goodwill Arkansas shoes are Birkenstock big buckle slides and bag is Fossil from many years ago.

Then I went to Paper Doll Tattoo and got to meet klara for this adorable tattoo of bloody teeth on a string. Klara was so fun to be with during my session and it was a great experience. 🦷🦷🦷🧵🧵🧵

Today we lived in bars and danced on the tables. The team took our work offsite for the day and I was mad at the world. Ever have a day like that? I wore a of all things. With a tee from Goodwill Arkansas

I carried a years and years old Fossil bag from my closet and wore vans leopard print “premium authentic” shoes. Later changed into some greaser jeans and I took a young friend to see the Outsiders at Walton Arts Center and it was so good.

On Tuesdays we go to the big building and sit in the little chair and push the small buttons. I opted for today in workplace tee with a pencil skirt and Coach bag from Goodwill Arkansas Shoes are Troentorp Clogs Necklace is GUESS from Macy's , a gift from my mom from our trip last year. Clinique black honey lippie and Ice Cream & Ci**rs perfume oil by ETERNAL PERFUME OILS

It continues to be hot as (insert your favorite expletive) so the clothes are going to have to be minimal. I wore a reversible high-low top over a “too b00b-y for the office” Halara dress, both from Whatnot

Backpack is vans purse is Coach and both are from Goodwill Arkansas

Shoes are NATURALIZER and tumbler is Stanley 1913 from the back of the cupboard.

On Saturdays we make Bob Ross Pottery. No mistakes, just lots of mud. I wore a GapFit tennis skirt with a Halloween tee from Goodwill Arkansas

Got covered in mud. Ate some tacos. 9.3/10
