Hey friends, this has literally never happened but somehow about a dozen model submission emails got sent to my SPAM folder! Thank you to the parents who brought this to my attention. These children's photos have now been added to the model contest so go show them some love!

Just a friendly PSA that we are only about 10% through with scheduling photo shoots, so if you haven't heard from me to schedule yet, do not despair! I thought last year was going to be my toughest year managing the catalog since I was 9 months pregnant, but turns out having an 11 month old and 3 year old and 14 year old playing HS volleyball is FAR more difficult. I'm doing my best to get these shoots scheduled but it has been a real challenge to get enough computer time to manage it all (throw in my baby still wakes up every hour on the hour and my brain is a mess!). I am doing my best so please continue to be patient with me. This is one of the biggest reasons why it's super important to promptly respond to my emails if you do get one to schedule. Waiting 48 hours and getting no response, then moving onto another child and waiting 48 hours really drags this whole process out.

I received 172 model submissions which is a lot of information to manage and a lot of schedules to coordinate. This project is a huge undertaking - it's so worth it but it's such a heavy lift. I can't wait for this project to be finished to share with you all but it's going to take me a little longer than normal. Just wanted to give you a little behind the scenes info - thank you for understanding!!

Finally, just a recap: The cover contest is now LIVE! You have until 8pm on Tuesday, September 22nd to collect "likes" on your child's photo. There are THREE photo albums posted (FB limits me to 80 kids per album). So don't miss any of them! The "most liked" boy and "most liked" girl picture at the time of the contest closing will be our cover models for this year's catalog!
