Here are my 5 summer skincare tips:

💧Tip 1: Stay Hydrated! Drinking water helps support your overall health and can help your skin stay hydrated from within.

🧼 Tip 2: Cleanse your skin after sweating. Sweat, sunscreen, and dirt can build up during the day, so washing your face and body after being active can help you feel fresh.

🌿 Tip 3: Exfoliate 2-3 times a week. Gentle exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells, so your skin feels smoother, and your moisturizer can spread more evenly..

🧴Tip 4: Moisturize - even in the summer, warmer weather doesn't mean your skin stops needing hydration. A lightweight moisturizer can help keep your skin filling soft.
