Hey ya’ll! Been meaning to make this post for a while, but lately we’ve been seeing more jugs with a lot of discoloration, and jugs that are thinning at the bottom, something to look out for . Bottles usually have a short shelf span from 25 uses up to 10 + years unless you use glass, which we do carry at the Water Shack. If your bottles become smelly and the odor will not go away it’s also time to replace. Most of our customers know when you come in the first thing we do is sanitize your bottles with a mixture of alkaline and ozone, maybe I’m just a germaphobe, but either way we like to be safer than sorry! If you need new bottles you can purchase with us, new bottles always come with the first fill free, or if you purchase new bottles like Walmart etc.. we can sanitize before you refill , you do not have to purchase our bottles to refill at our store.
