They give a clean silhouette and look fantastic from the outside, but they will damage your dress.
If you plan on passing it down, selling, or repurposing your dress into other garments such as christening gowns, this may not be the best bustle for you!

I have more sewing machines than I can count offhand right now. I usually prefer Vintage, but this Hello Kitty machine was too cute to pass up! 🐱🐾 The machine behind it is my travel machine and what I use for a lot of my projects.

My favorite machine I own is a Singer 66 from 1929 in the original table. It sews like a dream! I also love the Singer slant needle machines from the 50s, they are workhorses!
