14 ft by 32 ft double lofted hickory shed with porch for sale. On the inside I have completed electrical installation, insulation, drywall, tape mud and sanding is 80% done. The flooring is in and a very nice heater/ac unit. Also included is 15 gallon bucket of mud, tile for the ceiling above the Bay area, and hardware for a library ladder you build the ladder. I'm sad to announce the closing of my shop and business. Everything is for sale in a bundle for $5,000. There is more than 15,000 in retail products. The shed is also for sale. I will be listing photos and specifics very soon thank you all for a wonderful journey
