Hopefully I have everything smoother out this year. So thankful for all the photographers the past year coming by and giving their feedback, support and what they believe would work for them. So here is my official updated requirements.
As Bokors Bloomstead continues to grow, a few policies have been updated to help protect the property, animals, scheduling, and everyone’s experience. By booking with Bokors Bloomstead, you agree to the following:
Please note I am not the photographer, if you show up on property without one you will not get a refund. I’m happy to assist you with help but i will not refund you.
My property if made for anyone who is wanting to take photos, content, branding, build their portfolio or simply engage.
As a starter in this business I create a lot of advertising for seasonal with Ai since I have 3 children & work in the wedding industry as well… that is the fastest tool I have to accommodate with your request if that’s something that you do not like I am sorry, but I can point you elsewhere that has more decor and more opportunities for you.
Bokors Bloomstead reserves the right to update, modify, add, or remove policies, pricing, memberships, availability, livestock offerings, and booking requirements at any time without prior notice.
The most recently published version of all policies shall supersede and replace any previous versions, announcements, screenshots, messages, or verbal agreements.
By booking with Bokors Bloomstead, photographers and guests agree to abide by the current policies in effect at the time of their session.
It is the responsibility of the photographer to review all updated policies prior to booking and attending sessions.

🔄 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please understand that your booking reserves time that cannot be offered to another photographer.
Non-Weather Cancellations
If you choose to cancel because of:
• Client cancellations
• Scheduling conflicts
• Travel changes
• Personal obligations
• Lack of interest
• Any reason unrelated to weather or property closure
Your payment is forfeited and a new booking will be required.
No exceptions.

🌦 WEATHER RESCHEDULING POLICY
Weather reschedules are determined by Bokors Bloomstead.
• Reschedules must occur within 30 days of the original booking.
• Reschedule dates are based on Bloomstead availability.
• Photographers may not choose alternate dates outside available reschedule openings.
• Failure to attend your rescheduled date will require a new booking and payment.
• anything above 70 degrees or in the negatives the animals will remain at the farm/shelter.
Weather rescheduling is offered as a courtesy and is not unlimited.

⏰ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
• Arriving late does not extend your booking.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without communication may result in cancellation.

⏱ OVERTIME POLICY
Your reserved time includes setup, photographing, and cleanup.
• Any time exceeding your reservation will be billed.
• Overtime fees may apply 50.00 for every 30 mins over immediately.
• Repeated overtime violations may result in loss of booking privileges.
Please respect the photographers scheduled before and after you.

🐮 LIVESTOCK POLICY
Effective 6/15/2026:
Highland Cow Pricing
• $185 per hour, per cow
Coco and Marshmallow may be booked separately or together based on availability.
Required Waiver
Anyone booking livestock sessions must sign a liability waiver prior to their session.
No signed waiver = No livestock access.

🐓 ANIMAL SAFETY RULES
• Do not feed animals unless instructed.
• Children must remain supervised.
• Animal behavior is unpredictable and never guaranteed.
• The safety and well-being of the animals always comes first.
• weather related, if it’s 70 degrees+ or in the negatives the animals will not be on the property and you must respect that they are not going to be over worked through crucial weather.
Bloomstead reserves the right to stop any session if an animal’s safety or comfort is being compromised.

🏡 PROPERTY RULES
• I will only be greeting you and making sure timeline runs smoothly
•myself or my husband will cow handle
• Do not publicly post or share the property address.
• Do not enter the backyard until instructed.
•follow the rope that guides you to the backyard
•please wait until you see your photographer
•do not line up in the backyard and wait in your vehicle, until your photographer has reached you.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must remain leashed.
• No confetti, glitter, fireworks, open flames, or hazardous materials.
• Seasonal decor must be left as found.
• Damages will be billed accordingly.

🚫 RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Bokors Bloomstead reserves the right to refuse service, deny future bookings, or remove anyone from the property for:
• Disrespectful behavior
• Harassment
• Trespassing
• Animal mistreatment
• Property damage
• Failure to follow posted policies

🌿 SESSION PRICING (Non-Members)
Full Sessions (Families / General Use)(2 families no larger than 8 )
• $75 per hour
Mini Sessions(4families no larger than 8 )
• $125 per hour
Highland Cow Sessions
• $185 /hr (4 families no larger than 8 )
• $385 / 2 hours (8 families no larger than 8 )

💳 PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY 💳 PAYMENT POLICY
Daily bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT ONLY.
• Accepted payments: Venmo or Zelle
• If payment is not received within 48 hours, your slot will be released to the next photographer
• No payment plans will be offered for individual sessions.
• Unpaid bookings will not be held.
• If payment is not received within 48 hours, your slot may be released.
* Bookings are non-refundable, but I’m always happy to help reschedule within policy guidelines.*
Membership Exception
Memberships may be eligible for approved payment arrangements.
Membership payment plans must remain current. Missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.
🌱 MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are available for photographers who book frequently and may be placed on approved payment arrangements.
Individual daily bookings are not eligible for payment plans and must be paid in full at booking.
