Cedar is associated with Protection, Health, and Prosperity and is often used to guard intentions, call in good energy, and is associated with the southern direction of the medicine wheel. Personally I feel it to have a strong masculine quality.

What's the difference between a sound healing vs. bath? Kevin will show you this Friday!✨

Kevin brings his skills having studied with Amy of the Sound Healing Center of Lexington. He shared with me there is a subtle but impactful difference between the two. He explained it to me as a bath is being surrounded in the sound waves.A sound HEALING however, the facilitator intuitively listens and feels the response of the sound waves and instruments, allowing for active attunement to the sacred tones.

The crystal bowls will sing and the waves of sacred sound will hum your body and spirit back into harmony so come join us!

As the dark moon graces the sky, meeting the collective power of the 10/10/10 portal, we expand to a greater potential of equal exchange, harmonizing extreme polarities, and stepping into relationships that shape us for the better.

This is an opportunity to pay attention to which relationships are getting most of your attention (whether positive or negative) and to set a standard of what you tolerate and accept. I remind you that we can extend compassion and love to another but that does not have to come with the price of our truth. Notice that what you set for others may also be the standard you most need with yourself. 💕
