🌱 WHY I CREATED ROOTED IN FAITH

I wanted to share the heart behind Rooted in Faith — Straight to the Haus, because this is so much more to me than another thing I'm making and mailing.

Life gets LOUD.

We have work. Kids. Marriage. Bills. Laundry. Appointments. Phones going off. People needing us. A million things running through our minds at once.

And sometimes we love God with our whole heart… but somehow spending intentional time with Him keeps getting pushed to later.

I'll do it tonight.
I'll start tomorrow.
I'll get back into my Bible Monday.

And then another week passes.

That's where the idea for Rooted in Faith came from. 🌱

I wanted to create something that would literally show up at your house and say:

Hey. Come sit with Him for a little while. ❤️

Not another thing you HAVE to do.

Not homework.

Not something you have to be a Bible expert to understand.

Just a little invitation every month to slow down, open God's Word, pray, reflect and intentionally spend time with Him.

And I knew from the beginning that I wanted a HER and a HIS edition, because I wanted this to be something women AND men could open and feel like it was actually created with them in mind.

Every month will have a new theme. New Scripture. New things to work through. New encouragement. And some fun little surprises too. 😉

But more than anything, my prayer is that somewhere, somebody opens one of these envelopes on exactly the day they needed it.

Maybe a Scripture speaks directly to something they're walking through.

Maybe a husband and wife sit down and work through the same Biblical theme from their different perspectives.

Maybe someone who hasn't opened their Bible in months opens it again.

Maybe somebody gets five quiet minutes with God in the middle of absolute chaos.

That's the whole point.

Not perfection.

Not checking another box.

Just becoming a little more Rooted in Faith. 🌱❤️

October's theme couldn't feel more fitting for the very first month:

“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
