Please help us out by **bagging or boxing loose items before bringing them in**! 💙

Loose items can easily get separated, damaged, or become a safety hazard for our staff and volunteers while we’re sorting donations.

**Don’t have a box or bag? No problem!** We have **empty totes available for you to use** when dropping off your donations. Just ask, and we’ll be happy to provide one. 😊

Taking a few extra minutes to contain your donations makes a **BIG difference** for our volunteers and helps us get your items sorted and onto the sales floor faster!

❤️ A Friendly Reminder About Donations ❤️

We are so grateful for everyone who chooses to donate to our thrift store! Your donations make it possible for us to serve our community and support our mission. ❤️

That said, we need to ask everyone to please be **mindful of the safety of our staff and volunteers when preparing donations.**

Recently, we received a bag of clothing that had what appeared to be trash mixed in at the bottom—including **razors**. Someone reaching into the bag could very easily have been cut or injured before realizing what was inside.

For everyone’s safety, please take a moment to make sure your donations are clean, safe, and free of trash or hazardous items before dropping them off.

Please DO NOT donate:

🚫 Trash or garbage
🚫 Broken or hazardous items
🚫 Used razors or other sharp objects
🚫 Items with mold, mildew, or strong odors
🚫 Wet or heavily soiled clothing
🚫 Damaged items that are not usable or sellable
🚫 Anything that could potentially injure someone handling the donation

**If you wouldn’t feel comfortable reaching into the bag yourself, please don’t put it in a donation bag for someone else to sort.** ❤️

Our staff and volunteers are incredibly appreciative of every donation, but they also deserve to be able to sort and handle those donations safely.

Not only was everything clean and ready to go, but it was folded, taped, and labeled with the size and exactly what was included. 👏👏👏

To the person who did this… please know you made our day! Little details like this make sorting donations so much easier, save our team valuable time, and help us get your treasures out on the floor faster for their next home. 💙
