A few last-minute additions have made their way into this beautiful modern home, including two modern chandeliers, a few tools, some linens, and a few more décor pieces.

So we've decided to make Tuesday afternoon OPEN SHOPPING — no appointment required!

No appointment necessary — simply stop by and shop!

This is your opportunity to shop the remaining furnishings and newly added items.

And remember: Typical discount schedule does not apply with this 2 day sale. Reasonable bids will be accepted and considered at the end of Day 2 for items that have not sold.

This beautiful modern home features a curated selection of furniture and décor available for purchase. Because some furnishings in the home are remaining with the new homeowners, we will not be holding our traditional open-house style estate sale.

Instead, we’ll be offering scheduled shopping appointments throughout the day.

Appointments are available in small groups, allowing you plenty of time to browse and shop while keeping the number of guests in the home comfortable.

📸 We’ll be sharing photographs of the available furnishings throughout the week so you can preview the sale before selecting your appointment time.
