Monty went to Africa!
I don’t think I was quite prepared for how these pictures would make me feel. A friend took the Monty books to Africa and seeing how these children gathered around to hear his adventures, do some activities and ask questions was truly a blessing.
When I created Monty I wanted his adventures to encourage children to be curious, be kind and be brave! I never imagined how far his own adventure would take him.
