Exhibitor spots are filling in for the 2027 convention, celebrity guests are being finalized, food trucks are starting to commit to being there and new experiences are being planned!

At Boomtown Comic Con, we believe the best conventions aren't measured by the size of the city they're in—they're measured by the memories they create. Hosted yearly at the Dome Civic and Convention Center in Borger, Texas, Boomtown Comic Con was founded with a simple mission: to bring an authentic, fan-focused convention experiences to the Texas Panhandle while treating every guest with professionalism, hospitality, and appreciation.

Our event brings together fans of comics, movies, television, gaming, cosplay, and pop culture for a weekend of unforgettable experiences. We intentionally cultivate an atmosphere where celebrities, creators, vendors, and attendees can interact in a relaxed, welcoming environment that encourages genuine conversations and lasting connections.

Boomtown Comic Con is also committed to giving back to the community that has embraced us. A portion of every admission ticket supports the Borger Area Learning Center (BALC), a local nonprofit dedicated to serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition, proceeds from the event help support our local church and are reinvested back into the City of Borger through partnerships, local businesses, tourism, and economic impact. Our goal is simple: create an exceptional event that not only benefits our guests and attendees, but also leaves a lasting positive impact on the community we call home!

Hey everyone!! Just a reminder that today, July 31st, is the last day for reduced pricing for Boomtown Comic Con 2027. Beginning tomorrow, prices will increase by $25 per booth. If you have submitted your vendor application, payment info has been sent to your email. 💥 We are filling up fast!!
