People see the pretty finished display in our booth, but they don’t see the survival story behind some of our best finds—like driving down a sketchy, single-lane dirt road in the middle of nowhere, completely alone with no cell service, wondering if I’d make it back. But finding that one perfect piece of history hidden in a dusty barn makes the spiderwebs, 5:00 AM alarms, and heavy lifting completely worth it. While not every item requires a rescue mission, we still scrub away decades of grime and use a massive amount of elbow grease just to bring unique pieces safely to the shop shelves for you.
