What advice would you leave with the next generation of artists?

“Insecurity is the biggest waste of energy and time.”

Instead of worrying about what others think, or what might happen, take risks. Be yourself. Stay curious. Be present.

Because curiosity opens the door to connection: with others, with your art, and ultimately, with yourself. It gives you the freedom to discover something new.

So take the risk. Try. Explore. Make mistakes. Find your own voice.
And remember: you don’t have to have it all figured out. It’s fine. It’s all good. 💛

What does it actually mean to help a flutist sound their best?

For Adam Workman, President & Founder of Flutistry, it means being part of the artist’s **pit crew**.

What an incredible week of music, community, and connection. It was such a joy to reconnect with familiar faces, meet so many new flutists, and help musicians find instruments that inspire them.
