Tingshas are small metal cymbals that produce a bright, clear, resonant ringing tone. Traditionally used in meditation, ritual practices, and sound healing sessions, their distinctive sound can signal a transition, invite mindfulness, and gently bring your attention back to the present moment.โฃ
โฃ
Whether you're beginning a meditation, marking a moment of stillness, or incorporating them into a sound healing practice, Tingshas offer a reminder to pause, listen, and reconnect.โฃ

Malas have long been used in meditation, mantra repetition, and mindfulness practices to help quiet the mind, focus awareness, and anchor an intention.โฃ
โฃ
A traditional mala contains 108 beads, a sacred number with deep spiritual significance across many contemplative traditions.โฃ
โฃ
Whether you use yours for meditation, mantra, intention-setting, or simply as a reminder to come back to yourself, a mala can become a meaningful part of your everyday practice.โฃ
โฃ
Soโ€ฆ which one are you choosing?โฃ

Find your ground. Return to stillness. Reconnect with yourself.โฃ
โฃ
A mala is more than a beautiful strand of beads. It's a meaningful tool for meditation, mindfulness, and intention-setting- a reminder to slow down, breathe, and be present.โฃ
โฃ
Take a moment for yourself. Find a comfortable seat, soften your breath, and hold your mala. Choose an intention, move through the beads one at a time, and allow yourself to settle into a moment of peace and quiet reflection.โฃ
โฃ
Whether you're deepening your meditation practice or looking for a meaningful piece to wear throughout your day, our collection of mala necklaces and mala bracelets offers beautiful ways to keep your intentions close.โฃ

Every journey has a beginning. This is where it all started.โฃโฃ
โฃโฃ
Suren Shrestha wrote ๐˜๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ญ ๐˜ž๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜ฉ ๐˜š๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜‰๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ๐˜ญ๐˜ด with a simple but powerful vision: to make the wisdom and techniques of sound healing accessible to everyone.โฃโฃ
โฃโฃ
That vision grew into something much bigger. Today, Suren leads Atma Butiยฎ Sound and Vibrational School, where he teaches traditional Himalayan sound healing practices and the protocols he has developed through years of study and experience. โฃโฃ
โฃโฃ
Through Now N Zen, a distributor of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and a wide variety of sound healing instruments, he has also helped make the tools of sound healing available to practitioners and curious explorers around the world.โฃโฃ
โฃโฃ
But it all began with this book- a desire to share the transformative world of sound and empower others to explore its possibilities.โฃโฃ
