What You’ll Do
Lead the Experience: Oversee daily boutique operations, merchandising, and personalized customer styling.
Cultivate Community: Help plan + execute store events, capture content for social media, and offer warm, elevated service.
Manage Operations: Lead inventory management, staff scheduling, POS operations, and online order fulfillment.
What We’re Looking For
🧸 2+ years of retail management or boutique customer experience.
🧸 Passion for high-end childrenswear, curated gifting, and design.
🧸 Exceptional communication skills, warmth, and detail oriented leadership.
🧸 Full-time availability (including weekends).
