There's no chance of us wearing long sleeved sweaters here anytime soon, so I've been making some short sleeved ones we can start enjoying now.

I've kept one for myself, and currently have the small yellow/multi (size 3T) and the other tan one (size Medium) available at OhhMy! in Florence.

And one of my cute models is showing one made with my very own naturally, hand-dyed yarn that she is so happy to keep for herself and wears all the time.

If anyone is interested in custom sizing, let me know!

Which color pallete do you like best?

Because of how much my whole family loves this record, I decided I want to create something with the album art as my inspiration. (Seriously, the 2 year old and 8 year old will dance and I've even made my husband a fan of this group I've loved since high school)

Option A
Pro: uses some of my own, Small Batch, Naturally Dyed Yarn 🙃
Con: I have to plan out color changes

Option B
Pro: hardly any color change planning
Con: fuzzy, very thin yarn will be tricky to incorporate

Let me know which you like best and I'll keep thinking of what to actually make with the amounts I have.

Warning: if Marianas Trench votes, I defer to them and will definitely lose my mind a little bit 🤪

I think this is the first finished product (aside from swatches) I've seen made with my hand-dyed yarn and it made my heart so happy that Katie used my yarn for this project!

I learned how to make a sweater from one of Katie's classes at Fiber Fun in the Sip back when I was pregnant with my youngest.

I have an exciting project coming soon and I can't wait to share, so keep an eye out!

A little bath and this Bandana Cowl will be ready for showing at The Southern Needle! I used a mini set from Hann Crafted, who hand-dyes in small batches with all-natural dyes. Each label says what the source of the color is, and it's so cool to see all the colors produced naturally!
