I’m turning 40 this month and this weekend so many of my beloveds gathered to help me celebrate that. The weekend included all of my favorite things; cold swims, apple picking, sweaty hikes and very silly games. But truly my favorite part was the time spent in the morning, gathered together with sleepy eyes drinking our coffee.
I had said to my friends- you can drink your coffee alone if that’s what you need but truly what I want is all of us to gather together and they didn’t disappoint!
I didn’t anticipate how special it would feel to bring together folks who I love but who didn’t know each other and then at the end of the weekend watch them hug goodbye.
Turning 40 (soon) with a full heart and lots of great memories.
