Today’s planned samples bring two very different fall cups. Hearthfire Chai is a bold, caffeinated black tea layered with warming cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove and star anise. Hibiscus Homestead is a bright, caffeine-free herbal blend of hibiscus flowers and rose hips with a tart, fruity character and beautiful ruby-red color.

1. Steep 4 grams of Sunset Chai in 4 fl oz boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain.
2. Stir in 1–2 teaspoons pure maple syrup.
3. Warm and froth 4 fl oz oat milk, then pour it over the concentrated tea.
