Imagine being a kid and watching your birthday go by with no cake, no candles, no one singing- just another day.

Just $5 buys a birthday kit. One cake. One wish. One person who gets to feel celebrated.

Working with local pantries daily to provide the basics for families in need, there goes an item that is always being asked about. "Do by chance have any cake mix?"

That's why I'm teaming up with my friend Ricky Hughes, owner of Northeast Transport! When I approached Ricky with the idea, he immediately said "how can I help?"..

We are on a mission to collect 5000 birthday items which consist of: cake mix, frosting, and candles-enough to give 1,600+ people in need a real birthday celebration this year!
