If you’ve been to Cafe Madeleine , even once, you’ve likely met its incredible owner, Andrea, and quickly realized the kind-hearted, caring, and selfless human she is.

Andrea has graciously opened her doors at the cafe for so many local artists, crafters and other small businesses like myself and WellNest Sauna & Cold Plunge to showcase who we are and what we do.

Now, we have an opportunity to show up for her.

Andrea and her family could use our help!!!

Recently, life has thrown them an unexpected medical emergency while traveling overseas. Andrea has had to leave everything behind to be by her loved ones during this time.

They are now facing difficult decisions on the ‘next steps' as they’ll be up against significant medical costs.

This is where the WellNest community AND cedar+salt’s friends and followers can do its part.

The WellNest is hosting their monthly Sunday Reset on September 20th at Cafe Madeleine.

100% of WellNest’s profits will be donated directly to Andrea and her family.

Summer knocked me flat. My appendix ruptured on the 4th of July, and I spent the rest of the season recovering. Healing. Reflecting. Regulating my own nervous system, and my kids’ right alongside it. It took a lot longer than I expected, and I underestimated just how far it would ripple out to everyone around me.

But I’m back now. And a season change has a way of feeling like permission to start over.

So into the forest I must go, to lose my mind and find my soul.

cedar+salt has brand new products coming this fall, and I can’t wait to show you what I’ve been dreaming up now that I’ve reset myself. Keep an eye on my page and stories for what’s coming.
