🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS 🚨
It has been brought to my attention that someone may be using my business name and/or phone number to schedule jobs or communicate with customers without my knowledge or authorization.
Today, I received a call from a very upset customer who believed they had scheduled an appointment with us and was expecting us at their home. We had no record or knowledge of this appointment.
If you have scheduled work with Affordable Duct Cleaning, please make sure you are communicating directly with me (Hunter).
If anyone has recently contacted you using our business name or my phone number and something seemed suspicious, please contact me directly and send me screenshots of any messages, advertisements, or appointment information you received.
We take our reputation and our customers very seriously, and I am actively trying to determine exactly what is happening.
