NFA update, it is my understanding that Michigan is one of the 15 “NFA” states because of the wording in the statute covering these items. For the time being we will continue to submit form 4s without the cost of the tax stamp. We have a great selection on hand and will continue to handle everything in-house including prints and photos.

Today is the day! If the DOJ does not appeal, whisper pickles may be treated just like any other GCA item with only a 4473 required.
