I opened my first etsy shop 14 years ago today. Many things have changed in the last 14 years but one thing has stayed the same- my passion and drive for creating and innovation. I've been an artist, a maker, a hands on person my whole life. I never set out or intended to be a full-time jewelry artist, but here we are and I do truly love it. Thank you all so much for supporting me and loving what I make. The dream is very much still alive over here!

Life has been a lot lately and I'm sure I'm not alone in that- but if you look there is still whimsy and love out there in the wild.

Hey you- don't let someone else dim your light!!

I first made some eyeball earrings about a year ago. I took them to a market and right away had some comments that I didn't like.

"those are weird"
"the eyes are staring at me"
"oh that scared me!"

And i took those comments personally. Not in a good way either. I put the eye earrings away and didn't look at them or think about them for a while.

I'm in a different mindset now. If you don't want something strange, weird and usual just go to Target or Macy's and get the f**k outta my booth!

I'm more of a moth person than a butterfly person but I think they are both beautiful in their own ways.

With Summer Soltice approaching serve as a reminder to navigate the darkness, seek the light, and trust in life's cycles. It's time to cultivate ourselves and our intentions for the future.

As the days slowly start to get shorter the moth reminds us to remember the duality of ourselves with both the dark and the light of life- being active at night but always drawn to the light.

The plant obsession is real. My actual monstera is now taller than me and getting new leaves on a weekly basis. Every monstera earring I make is a shrine to represent how much I love her. I'm going to buy her a bigger pot soon.

Behold.... my bowl of f**ks has run low.

I'm getting back to the basics and finding joy in the things I make. I've been a creator my whole life and have always used that as an opportunity to grow my soul and as an outlet for feelings.

This year has been a hard year, maybe the hardest year of my life, and keeping up the good fight has been difficult. From health problems in the family to decreased sales online and at events to just being straight up f**king depressed and lost it's been rough.

Now it's time to take this year back, to take my joy back and get back into the drivers seat of this crazy thing called life. If you've read this far, I love you, I appreciate you, and I'll see you around at an event soon 🫶

Six years ago I flew back up north, cleaned out my house, packed up my car and drove out to the desert and never looked back. I've been making/selling jewelry since 2012 and never thought I'd be where I am today. I've felt so much love and had so many adventures out here in the American Southwest...I wouldn't change any of this for the world. I've had good times and bad times, hard times and plentiful times but with that aside the connections and the friendships I've made out here have been amazing. I've been able to develop my finite jewelry skills to a place I've never thought I could be and been able to support my family with that.

I love this life, thank you all very much for it 🫶💖💯✌️

Life has been busy lately so I'm working while I'm working this weekend!

Typically when I do a street fair or art show I tend to just hang out, chit chat, kinda take it easy while the event is happening. Not this weekend! I'm assembling jewelry in between talking to customers and wrapping up orders.
