She wakes up every single time within 30 minutes of laying her down but will sleep for hours right on top of you.

What I’m about to share is going to change your entire perspective on sleep regressions.

While we all know these can happen due to developmental leaps small changes made to your day can change everything.

When you work with me, we will analyze things such as feedings, wake up times, naps, routine, schedules, bedroom set up and more. It can be a bit overwhelming but I can pretty much guarantee that after two weeks at the most, we will get you both sleeping good at night and the next time you have a “regression” you will know EXACTLY what to do which means you won’t need me again!
