The finest ingredients are added, including local Vermont cream, sweet butter, maple syrup, honey, fruits, nuts, and other natural flavors. Crafted in small batches to ensure exceptional freshness, our chocolates come in gift assortments, gift baskets, and handcrafted novelties. Our products are also Kosher certified. Our chocolates are available online, nationwide at specialty food & gift stores, including Whole Food Markets, upscale hotels and inns, and at our three company-owned stores in Vermont.

No two Maple Caramel Five Star Bars are identical.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our chocolatiers hand-fill each and every mold with maple candied pecans and chunks of dark chocolate. The molds then get a layer of maple caramel before getting another layer of maple candied pecans and chunks of dark chocolate. A final layer of caramel is added on top before this creamy, crispy, crunchy center is ready to be enrobed.

Did you know that it takes 45 minutes just to make a single batch of maple caramel for our NEW Maple Caramel Five Star Bars?
 
Our chocolatiers slow-cook our maple caramel in copper kettles to ensure the caramel has just the right amount of maple sweetness, rich, golden color, and the perfect bite. A single batch of caramel will make just a few boxes of Maple Caramel Five Star Bars. It’s a labor of love that requires the utmost attention to detail.
