HEADS UP ON THE 8 WEST / AVISO EN EL 8 OESTE

There's a fire right off I-8 heading west towards San Diego, right by the Forrester overpass near Silsbee Rd.

Looks like some palm trees caught fire right off the freeway. Emergency crews are already on scene. Flames are definitely visible from the road, but traffic is still moving for now.

If you're driving out there tonight, stay safe and be cautious!

Hay un incendio a un lado del I-8 rumbo al oeste hacia San Diego, pasandito el puente de Forrester cerca de Silsbee Rd.

Parece que unas palmeras agarraron lumbre pegadas al freeway. Los bomberos y la chota ya andan ahí atendiendo el rollo. Las llamas sí se alcanzan a ver bien desde la carretera, pero el tráfico todavía sigue fluyendo por lo pronto.

Si andan manejando por allá al rato, váyanse con cuidado y al tiro.
