Location: East Washington Street on the East side of Indianapolis. At this time we are ONLY hiring for that location. Please do not apply if this is a long drive for you. This is essentially an entry to mid level position. You'll be working as a repair technician for computers, phones, gaming consoles, etc. We are looking for people who have some experience, but are also able to research a problem in order to fix it, and don't mind dealing with the general public. We are a small company with multiple locations inside of Meijer stores in Central Indiana. We are looking primarily for someone that has an aptitude for repairing things, not necessarily someone with a lot of certifications or decades of experience.

If you have removed viruses, swapped out hard drives, replaced an iPhone screen, things like that, then we want to talk to you. If you've only done some of that, we can train the right person.

Occasional on-site work may be required.

We're looking for a friendly, customer focused personal electronics repair technician that is self sufficient and can Google their way out of repairing new devices. This is an entry level position that pays accordingly, perfect for someone looking to learn more about computer, tablet, and smartphone repairs. We are a small, multi-location company that has repair shops located inside select Meijer stores. We train for most of the skills we need, but you do need to have some modest amount of experience or background to start. You will assist in managing our shop and dealing with customers on a daily basis, as well as repairing their devices and making recommendations.

Quick summary of AMD's Radeon announcement today:
RX 6800: faster than RTX 3070 ($499), $579
RX 6800XT: faster than RTX 3080 ($699), $649
RX 6900XT: faster than RTX 3090 ($1,499), $999
The bigger news however is that all the RX cards will be putting up the better performance numbers at greatly reduced power consumptions, i.e. you won't need MONSTER power supplies to run them.
Personally I think they're going to need to sharpen their pencils on the RX 6800. There's a pretty big psychological chasm between "499" and "579", even if the perf numbers are superior. If they can somehow get that thing down to $449 or lower, they'll kill it.

Sometimes we fix corporate networks and servers, sometimes we fix iPhones. Today we fixed a teddy bear for a very, very cute little customer.
