Mother Nature sure likes messing with us at the Hut!

With the heavy rain expected to continue throughout the day, I’ve had to make the tough call to close for today, Saturday, September 12th. Given how quickly flooding occurs around here when it rains like this, the safety of our wonderful customers and crew always comes first.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

It started with youth: The day was conceptualized in 2007 by high school students at a leadership camp who identified a "lack of encouragement" as one of the biggest challenges facing young people.
✨ Official recognition: Mayor Belinda LaForce of Searcy, Arkansas issued the first proclamation on August 22, 2007. Shortly after, Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe and President George W. Bush officially recognized September 12 as the National Day of Encouragement.

Duty calls! Today I’m rocking my "big girl job" with Canton City Public Health, heading to local schools to place free dental sealants on our awesome 2nd and 6th graders. Gotta keep those smiles healthy and cavity-free! 😁🦷

Tomorrow: CLOSED ALL DAY (Private event & Friday night football! 🏈)
