They might look the same, but they are very different. I have worked with Crossrock to develop an improved design that will fit the majority of vintage tenor banjos better. The new case will be going into production very soon. I will make a new post accepting pre-orders.

JUST LISTED - Wildwood Troubador, check out this rare banjo!

This is a Wildwood Troubador (as spelled in the catalog) tenor banjo made by Mark Platin in Arcata, CA in the 1980's. Mark was known for building very high quality banjos that featured beautiful wood while offering them for sale at reasonable prices. Most of the Wildwood banjos are 5-string models,....

Who will I see in the Catskills? I’m hoping to meet some people I’ve not met in person yet. I’ll be doing a banjo maintenance workshop on Friday at the Patterson Pavilion. I have most of my tools and some supplies with for minor work and setups during the week. We’re setup less than an half hour from East Durham, not far from where we purchased our first house in Saugerties at the base of the Catskills. We will be moving to the Blackthorne on Sunday.
