Very little impurities to scrape away. ZERO water retained. Just a beautiful, clean tallow cake! 🤍

I’ve spent a lot of time perfecting my rendering and straining process, and this right here is why! Starting with high quality beef suet is only part of it! How it’s rendered, purified and strained matters too, and here is the proof!

The proof is in the pudding… or in this case, Tallow! 😉
