Sorry it's been awhile since we've posted.
Let me introduce our newest cheesecake, The Margarita Cheesecake.
This cheesecake is infused with tequila, Triple Sec and lime juice.
(The liquor cooks out, but leaves an amazing flavor)
It's rimmed with yummy whip cream also infused with tequila, Triple Sec and lime juice (does contain a little alcohol), topped with lime zest and fresh lime slices on a shortbread crust.
Whip cream can also be made non-alcoholic.
