Dear Wyse Friends;
I hope everyone is having a lovely morning. We have a new drop of Market of Stars, including new collections.

One of my favorite moments with the store is when Kathe and I are working on what to buy next for Wysdohm. Market of Stars was her first pick when we started on this journey. To be honest, I was hesitant at first. They are beautiful, amazing, eco-friendly, slow-fashion, bohemian wearable works of art and poetry. They were everything the Wysdohm brand stood for, but I didn't know if everyone would love them as much as we do. It turns out you do! It is our best selling collection and the most in-demand pieces in the store. For those of you that collect Market of Stars, we have some amazing new pieces from their new collections. We also have the linen pants for the warmer season. And given that scarves are a super trend these days, we've expanded the Market of Stars scarf collection.

For those of you who haven't tried on a Market of Stars, I highly encourage you to come in and do so. For those who know me, I tend to lean towards my daily "uniform" of simplicity by wearing one of my 15 pairs of black Kira Grace yoga pants and one of my 20 Joan Vass black tunics. However, wearing Market of Stars just immediately brings out the Divine Feminine in you. It is as though the pieces release the bohemian goddess, bringing out both the creative spark of the artist, along with your own inner muse. I have visions of me slowing down some day with work and putting on a different Market of Stars duster each day while I take up painting and gardening again.

And did I mention they are eco-friendly and the embodiment of slow-fashion? This wearable art is made of super soft viscose made from bamboo and wood. The Market of Stars designers take pieces of art and design the collection around a story of poetry, making it uniquely their own. They wash up well and will last for decades. It is like they are an investment in nurturing your soul. In a world that just seems so chaotic these days, it is strange how a piece of clothing can just make things feel better.

Happy Tuesday Wyse Friends;
I hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather yesterday and had a chance to get some Vitamin D the natural way. So much is going on for me in a good way.

I'm about to turn 57 in a few days, so, of course, I'm a bit self-introspective (Pardon the pontification and share). I was recently told that someone had characterized me as "crazy" and "chaotic." I just laughed. At this age, I understand those types of things say more about the other person than me. I let them have their story and journey and focus on creating my own.

But I get it... I'm about to turn 57, and at a time when many are slowing down or feeling the best years are behind them, I'm springing out of bed grateful for another day to co-create with God/Universe/Divine. I look at the world as a place of infinite possibility, this life as a canvas to be beautifully painted to the very end, and every moment as an opportunity to connect with others through love and light.

And with the month of Pisces upon us, Harry Styles back in the world with Kiss Always, Disco Occasionally, so many exciting things developing, and Spring in the air... life feels like one big joyous Dance Party to me. One of my favorite things is creating the store's seasonal playlists and watching people enjoy the music, spontaneously singing and dancing along as they shop. So, I'm formally bringing the Dance Party to the store this month.

We're also doing some Spring cleaning... clearing out the old and the cold to welcome the new. We have some great sales on the "last few" of the winter collections... up to 50% off. I'm ready for a new haul of crystals from the Tucson Gem Show, so we're doing 25% off all crystal specimens this week. We've got lots of great new items coming in daily, including some great additions to the Wysdohm Refillery.

I've been playing around with AI, including Wysdohm's Issy Avatar from the book I have been writing called "Spark." She's coming to join us soon. In the meantime, I created "Wysdohm's Light", a Wysdohm theme song I co-created with AI. So make sure you turn up the volume on this post.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday Wyse friends;

Any body else done with this cold weather? We are sooo done with it at Wysdohm. Even my trip south to warmer weather failed to warm my bones back up this year.

Thanks to all of you who keep showing up, especially our Refillery friends. I love how excited you all are over the "refill" punch card.

On slow days, Kathe, E, and I talk about how much we miss talking to and catching up with all of you. You guys really do fill our buckets. I'm still working on the website. Until we've got online ordering up and running, feel free to pull into our parking lot and park right at the store while shopping with us. Our private parking lot is one of the perks of our Wysdohm location here in Cedarburg.

I wanted to talk a little bit about a new brand we just got in for oral care. The company's name is Nudge. Like so many of the brands we carry it was created by a family here in the U.S.A. that wanted to contribute to the "do better" movement that we all seem to be trying to move towards. I love how their brand values mesh with ours... clean ingredients, fair trade sourced, and eco-sustainable.

About a decade ago, I realized how important the oral flora biome was to my overall health when I noticed that mine just seemed out of whack. I didn't understand why. I brushed multiple times per day with one of the touted over-the-counter fluoride toothpastes that 4 out of 5 dentists supposedly recommended. I flossed regularly and diligently used a popular "strong" mouthwash. In researching it, I realized that the harmful chemicals I was using were actually destroying that very important natural flora biome in my mouth. I also began reading about fluoride can be damaging to cognitive function and harming our pineal gland that is so rarely talked about in the mainstream.

I turned things around by beginning a regimen of oil pulling and tongue scraping. I stopped using fluoride toothpaste and switched to an all natural one. I bought a water filtration system that removed the fluoride added to our water. I stopped mouthwash entirely and I stopped using those over-the-counter toxic whitening strips. What I didn't know I still needed to do was focus on remineralizing the enamel.

That is one of my favorite things about Nudge... it contains an effective level of nano hydroxyapatite. Here's my understanding of why that ingredient is important. We lose minerals everyday in our tooth enamel. As our enamel wears down, little divets or lesions develop on our teeth, which makes us more cavity prone and increases tooth sensitivity. The main mineral in our enamel is the same mineral found in hydroxyapatite. Nano hydroxyapatite in tooth paste is engineered at a microscopic level to fit into those spaces caused by enamel erosion and bond to the surface of our teeth. Nudge's toothpaste and toothpaste tablets contain this remineralizing ingredient and are free of phosphates, silicones and other harsh chemicals, dyes and additives. Nudge's Alcohol free mouthwash concentrate is a concentrated blend of essential oils and natural ingredients that do not damage the mouth's natural bacteria flora. They also have an eco-friendly PFAs free silk dental floss. Perhaps my favorite that I'm trying out is the Color Corrector Purple Teeth Whitening Serum, which contains premium, non-harmful ingredients that target and neutralize stubborn stains and yellowing on the teeth, allowing a whitening routine that is free of harsh chemicals.

Dear Wyse Friends;

I hope everyone's 2026 is starting off great! 2025 was such an amazing year for Wysdohm. I can't possibly explain in words the level of gratitude Kathe, Dillon and I have for all of you who supported the Wysdohm Eco-Boutique in its first full year. I could not have imagined this level of support. I thank you all, both the locals who come in almost weekly and those who live in Chicago, Florida, Arizona, and every state in between who comes in when in town visiting. Connecting and getting to know all of you is truly what made 2025 so meaningful and joyful for us.

2026 is going to be even more amazing. We have a lot of things in the works. I'm still doing my research and adding great wellness products to the Mana Mixology section of the store. We just added zero-proof alcohol alternatives for those doing dry January and for those of us who just love a great wellness mocktail. We have Vodka, Gin, Spiced Rum, Tequila, and Whiskey wellness alternatives that pair well with our cocktail/mocktail mixers. It's a great time of year for a wellness Hot Toddy.

We're adding new gourmet and clean foods to our selection almost every day. Given that I have a granddaughter who is gluten-free, I've added multiple gluten free options, including GF sour dough starter, banana flour, and cacao flour. I can't wait to try out making pancakes with the banana flour, which is also keto friendly. We've got you and your family covered for cold & flu season with a wide selection of natural products. The bio-hacking bro influencers on social media all tout the benefits of natural sea salts with minerals in their water. We have a wonderful selection of European sea salts with additional spices and wellness herbs. I've added to my bio-hacking stack. We just got in molecular hydrogen tablets and I tried it for the first time yesterday. I noticed a difference in energy levels (off the charts). We just added some great collagen and colostrum powders to add to your morning smoothies.

Anika and I are also working on the website. I wanted to give the team a year to get our sea-legs before introducing an online component. Our plan is to have all of the Wysdohm Eco-Boutique products available for online pick-up and shipping by early February. As promised to many of you, I'm still working on finding the right compostable refill containers for the Refillery products to be shipped. In the meantime, if there is something you would like shipped to you, feel free to call the store and do an order over the phone. Kathe and E would be happy to talk you through all the products we have and which ones might work best for you. Now's a great time to talk by phone during the slower, post-holiday, cold-weather season.

So many of you have asked about us doing classes. In this day and age, everyone's schedules are so busy and it is hard to find a time when all who would like to attend a class can make it into the store in person. So I'm currently working with someone in creating online classes that you can watch at your leisure. Stay tune for classes about crystals and minerals, their metaphysical and healing energy properties, medicinal uses for certain herbs, plants, and nature's gifts, the magical benefits of castor oil, clean skin care and the benefits of certain natural ingredients, and what to look out for when shopping for cleaner non-toxic products.

We're also starting this Saturday our monthly "Swap out Saturday." Switching to non-toxic, cleaner products for the home, self, and skin can be a daunting and costly task. We're here to help. What I encourage people who are trying to live a cleaner, healthier lifestyle is to do it gradually. It is a process. Look each month at what you are running low on and make a mindful decision to swap it out for a cleaner product that is better for us and Mother Earth. If you do just one product per month, by the end of the year you have swapped out 12 products, which is a pretty impressive, but reasonable accomplishment. To aid in this, the third Saturday of each month is "Swap Out Saturday" at Wysdohm Eco-Boutique. You will receive 10% off a new purchase of Refillery products with the glass refillable bottle. It is a great time to swap out what you are running low on that month. We are also offering a punch card for refills as "thanks" to all of our loyal customers that have swapped out many products in their home and come in for refills regularly. For every 10 refills, you will receive a free refill of a 16 oz bottle or smaller.
