Just in case anyone wanted to know what the result of a stock pots worth of apple, pear, and peach peels and cores, water, 3+ cups of sugar, some lemon juice, a hint of (homemade organic grape vodka) vanilla, and a little pie spice will get you in 2 hours worth of “work”. Just over 2 pints of jelly. 🍏🍐🍑
