💜 **A little update from The Cheshire Shelf**
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we unfortunately will **not be able to attend the PeacefromDV Walk today** as we had planned.
While we’re disappointed that we can’t be there in person, our support for **Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern PA, survivors, and this incredibly important cause has not changed.** 💜
If any of our followers were planning to attend or decided to go after seeing our post, **we hope you’ll still go, walk, and show your support.** Every person who shows up helps raise awareness and reminds survivors that their community stands with them.
We’ll be cheering everyone on from afar today. 💜
💜 **Tomorrow, the Shelf is walking for something bigger than books.**
Chess, Poppy, Fable — and the humans behind The Cheshire Shelf — will be joining **Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern PA** for the annual **PeacefromDV Walk** in Washington, PA.
This walk is about more than putting one foot in front of the other. It’s about standing beside survivors, remembering those whose lives have been impacted by domestic violence, raising awareness, and helping build communities where everyone deserves to feel safe.

One of the things we wanted The Cheshire Shelf to be from the very beginning was a business that shows up for our community. Tomorrow, we're proud to show up for this one.
Because sometimes the most important stories are the ones that remind someone they are seen, supported, and not alone. 💜
