Here’s a little tip for you crafters. Use tea, vinegar, and steel wool to give your new projects that aged, weathered look.

On the left is the new wood. On the right is a floating shelf I’m making for Niney, made from new wood.

The process is cheap, safe, and you won’t get that look from store bought stain.

There are lots of posts about using tea to stain on Pinterest or message me if you need a “how to” explanation.
