-Oversized fit (wear size down for more standard fit)
-Heavy weight 6oz
-Drop shoulder seams
-Curved bottom hem
-2 inch Side slits on bottom hem

Fabric pilling totally ruins the aesthetic of a piece of clothing. Pilling refers to the pile up of loose fibers on the surface of fabric that usually take form in lint ball shapes. Pilling happens over time from friction, wear and tear, and washing.

Generally the cheaper the fabric is, the worse the pilling will be.

The picture above shows two fleece fabrics that have been washed multiple times. The left has pilling issues and the right does not. The fabric on the right is pigment dyed fleece from

Cheap brands like Gildan sacrifice on quality of fabric to drive cost as low as possible, resulting in issues like these. In this industry you get what you pay for, price generally reflects the quality.

Some fabrics/blanks are labeled as anti-pill which mean it is manufactured to eliminate this issue.

It's hard to have to give up on your dreams, but after 3 years we are deciding to close our doors. It brings tears to my eyes 😥

These are hard times we live in which doesn't make it easy for businesses world wide. We have constantly had issues getting quality/reliable screen printers to work which resulted in constant production delays/issues.

Shirt nerd supply will no longer be in business moving in to 2022.

We truly appreciate all the support. Dreamers support dreamers. Keep dreaming.
